Shoreline Energy Corp. Announces Management Changes
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/19/12 -- Shoreline Energy Corp. (TSX: SEQ) (the "Company" or "Shoreline") today announced that Gary Lobb has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
Mr. Lobb is a chartered accountant with twenty-five years of experience, including nineteen years in a senior executive role, primarily with publicly listed companies. He has a consistent track record of performance and delivery of a wide variety of services including:
Mr. Lobb graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1988.
Trevor Folk, Chief Executive Officer noted that "we are very excited to welcome Gary to Shoreline as he brings a tremendous amount of senior leadership experience to the Shoreline team."
Dan Grisdale, who has been the Corporation's CFO since his appointment in January 2011, has left the Company to pursue new opportunities. The Company would like to thank Mr. Grisdale for his efforts and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
Also, the Company wishes to advise that David Bell, Vice-President, Operations, has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Shoreline does not presently intend to fill its senior operations position as current corporate demands can be met by the Vice President, Engineering and other engineering staff. The Company would like to thank Mr. Bell for his efforts and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
