London, 1st of April 2010. Bolser Plc., (WKN: A0Q77H) has recently been
listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The shares of
this construction and services company, which is focused on mining and
energy infrastructure projects, are traded on the Open Market of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The main objective for the company is to increase
liquidity for its projected expansions in South America and its new sales
distribution strategy.
Bolser Plc., is a holding company with its registered office in London and
its operating subsidiary Bolser Ltda., located in Santa Cruz de la Sierra,
Bolivia Bolser, (Bolivian Oil Services Ltda.) was founded more than 34
years ago and specializes in the construction and maintenance of pipelines,
roads, bridges, manufacturing and petroleum storage sites. The company
