Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Shore Capital Group Limited (the "Company") announces that it has issued
1,400,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise of options held under the
Company's Share Option Plan.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM which is expected to occur on Thursday 8 April 2010.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares as treasury shares.
Shore Capital Group Limited's issued share capital as at 1 April 2010 consists
of 246,648,371 Ordinary Shares which equates to the total number of voting
rights in Shore Capital Group Limited.
The above figure of 246,648,371 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
