New Feature Allows Music Lovers Worldwide to View Lyrics to Their Favorite Songs -- Automagically(TM)

Real-time lyrics is a welcome enhancement to TuneUp's robust "infotainment" feature, Tuniverse™, and allows music fans worldwide to enjoy personalized lyrics to all of their favorite songs, all within the ecosystem of their preferred media player. Behind Lyrics' clean and simple interface is Gracenote's lyrics service, the world's largest database of legal, high-quality lyrics, with hundreds of thousands of lyrics mapped to millions of tracks in the Gracenote database.

The launch of Lyrics comes on the tail of the release of TuneUp Mobile, the free and ad-free mobile app for iOS that offers iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users the ability to easily identify songs heard in real-world environments (such as: car, café, bar, a home). In addition to identifying songs on the go, TuneUp Mobile also offers robust "infotainment" features, including Facebook and Twitter integration, geotagging, and lyrics.
Lyrics is offered via TuneUp's "freemium" model in the desktop app. Customers who have already purchased a TuneUp license will receive unlimited access to full lyrics, while trial customers will have access to Lyrics preview-mode.
