(firmenpresse) - RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/20/12 -- Green Bridge Industries, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: GRBG) President today clarified that GRBG has in fact acquired Ionlite Inc. as a subsidiary of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. "We didn't catch the typo until it was too late and we apologize for the confusion this may have caused. The remainder of the press release was accurate as Mr. Bill Kinsey has been appointed as our Chief Technology Officer, Vice-President and was also appointed to the Board of Directors of GRBG."
