High Honors From NorthCoast 99 and The Plain Dealer Recognize Talent, Outstanding Culture and a Positive Work Environment

On Sept. 19, 2012, ShurTech Brands was named among the NorthCoast 99, an annual recognition program that honors 99 outstanding workplaces for premier talent in Northeast Ohio. Earlier this summer, ShurTech Brands was also recognized as one of the top 100 workplaces in the area by The Plain Dealer, the Cleveland-based daily newspaper.
For the second year in a row, ShurTech Brands has received honors from NorthCoast 99, a program developed and presented by ERC, Northeast Ohio's leading and largest professional organization dedicated to human resources practices, programs and services. ShurTech Brands joins companies that span more than 20 industries, including manufacturers, health and human service organizations, technology companies and professional services firms.
ShurTech Brands was also recognized by The Plain Dealer as a "Top Workplace," a designation received by 100 local companies based on a survey that was distributed to more than 130,000 employees in Northeast Ohio. The survey assessed employee workplace satisfaction to determine companies that possess an outstanding culture and promote a positive work environment. More than 240 companies participated and 132 met the nationwide criteria as a "Top Workplace."
