E-Marketing and Hotel-IT Consulting from a Single Source

(firmenpresse) - H2c consulting, based in Duesseldorf, and Berlin-headquartered hit-CONSULT entered a strategic partnership in February 2010 to provide combined advisory and IT services from a single source. H2c specializes in hospitality and interactive travel E-marketing and distribution strategies. With the hotel’s overall sales performance and efficiency improvement in focus, h2c provides specialized E-commerce, Web marketing and distribution system advisory as well as quality assurance solutions. On the other hand, hit-CONSULT delivers a wide range of complementing services, including hotel management and IT consulting. For example, hit-CONSULT supports hotels during the complete selection and implementation process of property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Clients can now benefit from the combined forces of both companies for developing and implementing strategies that drive ROI across all electronic channels. “Planning and operating interlinked systems, for example the central distribution (CRS) and the PMS, needs to be carefully coordinated,” explains Michaela Papenhoff, Managing Director of h2c consulting. “We regularly experience clients whose distribution strategies require more innovative and effective solutions. In order to optimally support the overall marketing strategy, these clients’ technical infrastructure often needs to be redesigned in part or in general as well.
