Komplett has sold its operations in Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium.

On 11 January 2010, Komplett ASA signed an agreement with ParaDigit Holding B.V.
in the Netherlands for the conveyance of all the shares in Komplett B.V.
The transaction was completed on 31 March 2010, as planned.

solutions in connection with the transfer. As part of the deal between the
parties, Komplett ASA has an option to re-purchase the web shops on 1 April
2013.
The parties have also signed a license agreement for the term of the option that
entitles ParaDigit Holding to use the Komplett name on the web shops being
acquired.
The transaction will have financial and accounting-related effects as from the
conveyance of the shares.
The parties have agreed to keep the financial terms and conditions of the
transaction confidential.
