Forbes & Manhattan Rewards the Canadian Men's Olympic Relay Team

Forbes & Manhattan is delighted to present the Canadian Men's Olympic Relay Team with a cheque for $40,000 to commend them for the dedication, sacrifice and years of hard work that took them to the Olympics this past summer.
A special cheque presentation will occur tomorrow at the Air Canada Centre as part of the The 2012 Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame Gala Dinner and Induction Ceremony red carpet festivities. Each of the four teammates including Gavin Smellie, Jared Connaughton, Justyn Warner and Oluseyi Smith will receive $10,000 each from Forbes & Manhattan.
Executive Chairman and Founder of Forbes & Manhattan, Stan Bharti was deeply saddened to find out that the Canadian Men's Olympic Relay Team would not receive their bronze medal at the Olympics but would instead be disqualified for a violation. As a spectator, fan and fellow Canadian, Mr. Bharti felt that he needed to do something about this travesty.
