Changes in the Boards of Directors of ISS
Copenhagen, 6 April 2010
At the general meeting held today in ISS Holding A/S, Jørgen Lindegaard was
elected new member of the Board of Directors. Jørgen Lindegaard was Group CEO of
the ISS Group from August 2006 to March 2010, and had prior hereto been a member
of the Board of Directors.
At the general meeting held today in ISS Global A/S, Jørgen Lindegaard stepped
down as member of the Board of Directors. Bjørn Raasteen was elected new member
of the Board of Directors and stepped down as Managing Director. Barbara Plucnar
Jensen continues as Managing Director.
