XCHANGING EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM IN ASIA

Appoints William Woo as Managing Director for South East Asia region
SINGAPORE, 07 April 2010 - Xchanging (LSE: XCH), a large, fast growing business
processor, today announced the appointment of William Woo as Managing Director
for South East Asia region. In this role, William will be responsible for
growing Xchanging's fledgling business in the South East Asian markets. His key
remit will be to leverage Xchanging's information technology expertise as an
enabler for productivity improvement and innovation for customers in South East
Asia.
William joins Xchanging from EDS, where he spent over 20 years in various senior
level positions across Asia and the South East Asia regions. In his role as Vice
President Global Service Delivery for EDS Asia, William led the sales and
implementation of a US$ 1 billion outsourcing deal with Singapore Government.
This was the largest IT contract awarded over the last decade in the Asia
Pacific region. William later assumed responsibility for customer relationship
management, sales, contract management, partner management and business office
functions for this contract. He has also successfully led the transformation of
EDS' Information Technology Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing
business into a global service delivery model.
In this role, William will report to Kerry Purcell, Head of Asia Pacific region
for Xchanging. He will be based in Singapore and will join the regional
management team. Xchanging's Asia Pacific business includes Australia,
Singapore, Malaysia, India, China and Japan.
