(CNSX: XBR)(FRANKFURT: X9CN) is pleased to report that since its May 31, 2012 fiscal year end, 6,355,000 share purchase warrants have been exercised at $0.15 per share, generating $953,250 in cash proceeds. Excalibur now has 70,521,500 shares issued and 24,860,264 share purchase warrants outstanding, exercisable at prices ranging from $0.15 to $0.30, expiring over the next 17 months.
