The company bestows a bus in their fleet to each honoree they identify as an exemplary community figure.
The presentation will take place at a ribbon cutting ceremony at at 3 p.m., where a custom decal displaying Russell's and Hitchcock's likenesses on the front of the vehicle will be unveiled.
