Epinex to Provide Free Diabetes Testing at Annual Care Harbor/LA Clinic
(firmenpresse) - TUSTIN, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/12 -- Epinex Diagnostics is proud to be a sponsor at this year's annual Care Harbor/LA Clinic, which will provide free medical, dental and vision services to thousands of uninsured and underserved individuals in the Los Angeles community. Epinex Diagnostics Laboratories (EDL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Epinex Diagnostics, will be providing hundreds of free A1c, glycoprotein, and other metabolic disease indicator tests at this year's event, which will take place at the Los Angeles Sports Arena from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m on September 27th -30th.
With the support of Care Harbor, EDL is proud to be the clinical laboratory to provide services to this annual clinic. Epinex CEO Asad Zaidi comments that, "We are happy to serve the local community and promote diabetes awareness and prevention. This year's clinic will serve over 5,000 patients, who will receive sustainable, quality care as well as extensive education and counseling, promoting prevention and self-care among the most vulnerable populations of Los Angeles.
