IKB returns further SoFFin guarantees early
[Düsseldorf, 27 September 2012] IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG has returned
further SoFFin guarantees in the amount of EUR 250 million ahead of
schedule. The amount returned relates to the bond ISIN DE000A0SMPA3
(scheduled to mature on 2 February 2015, FRN 3-month Euribor).
Following today's repayment, IKB's current SoFFin guarantees amount to EUR
1.5 billion. The maturity structure of the outstanding bonds issued under
the SoFFin guarantees is as follows as at 27 September 2012:
- EUR 750 million maturing on 1 February 2013
- EUR 750 million maturing on 2 February 2015
