Qualys Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/12 -- Qualys, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLYS), a pioneer and leading provider of cloud security and compliance solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,575,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. Qualys is offering 6,700,000 shares of common stock and certain selling stockholders are offering 875,000 shares of common stock. In addition, Qualys has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,136,250 additional shares of common stock offered by Qualys at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market on September 28, 2012 under the symbol "QLYS."
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, and RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, JMP Securities LLC, Lazard Capital Markets LLC and First Analysis Securities Corporation are acting as co-managers for the offering.
