Nordex Explosives Ltd. Announces Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/12 -- NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. (TSX VENTURE: NXX) ("Nordex") announced today that a total of 600,000 options to acquire common shares have been granted to directors and a senior officer of Nordex pursuant to the stock option plan of the company. The exercise price of the options is $0.45 per share. The options are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant. The grant of such stock options is subject to receipt of all necessary TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals.

In addition, Nordex is pleased to announce that Jim Taylor, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will also serve as President of the Company.
