Stefan Tilk appointed Managing Director and CEO of AB Geveko

Stefan Tilk, Master of Science in Engineering Physics, Chalmers University of
Technology Göteborg, Sweden, at present Director of Business Region Africa and
Middle East within Volvo Trucks, has been employed new Managing Director and CEO
of AB Geveko.
Geveko is Europe's leading road marking company specialised in manufacture and
sales of road marking materials as well as contracting services above all in the
Nordic countries and Central Europe. The headoffice of Geveko is located in
Göteborg, Sweden. Geveko's Series "B" shares are listed on the Small Cap List on
Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Stefan Tilk will enter on his duties during the third quarter 2010.
