Rotate Black Receives Unanimous Planning Commission Approval

(PINKSHEETS: ROBK) (the "Company"), a premier casino resort manager and developer, is pleased to announce that in addition to its MS Gaming commission approval its Gulfport project received a unanimous decision last night from the City of Gulfport Planning Commission to construct and operate a gaming facility at its property located adjacent to the small craft harbor in downtown Gulfport, MS. This approval now allows Rotate Black to obtain all the necessary building permits to begin construction on its $112M casino resort.
