Notice Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10

According to the information received on 9 April, 2010 by M-real Corporation,
the shareholding of Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway, Norwegian organisation
number 937 884 117) has on 8 April, 2010 decreased to 4.4 percent of the total
share capital and to 1.4 percent of the total voting rights of M-real
Corporation. The shareholding equals 4.9 percent of M-real's B-shares. In total,
Norges Bank owns 14,386,430 M-real Corporation's B-shares.

The total number of M-real shares is 328,165,612.
