(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/28/12 -- San Gold Corporation (TSX: SGR) (OTCQX: SGRCF) ("San Gold") today announced the closing of the Company's previously announced purchase of a 100% interest in three mineral properties from Opawica Explorations Inc. ("Opawica").
The final closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
