Sirocco to Commence Trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on October 3 2012

(the "Company" or "Sirocco") (TSX VENTURE: SIM) is pleased to announce that its common shares will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as of the market opening on October 3, 2012. The Company's ticker symbol "SIM" will remain unchanged. Sirocco's shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of market on October 2, 2012.
