The MightyCall Platform Enables Providers to Easily Add Virtual Phone Services to Existing Bundles and Seamlessly Integrate With 3rd Party Billing & Provisioning Systems

(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/02/12 -- , a provider of cloud telephony services for small businesses, today announced the launch of , a platform that enables web hosters and cloud service providers to cost-effectively offer virtual phone services. Purpose-built to meet the needs of service providers, MightyCall initially includes out of the box integration with Parallels Automation, and a public API that enables support for third party billing and provisioning systems. The platform enables channel partners to offer multiple telephony services through a single integration, helping providers increase ARPU (average revenue per user) while reducing customer churn. In related news, Infratel also announced the acquisition of the assets of RTC Lab, a company that specializes in developing real-time web based communication and telephony services.

According to AMI Research, SMBs are expected to spend over $34 billion in cloud services by the end of the year -- 46% of that will be funneled through service providers. With MightyCall, service providers can capitalize on this opportunity by adding website click-to-call and small business virtual phone systems to their current portfolio of offerings. Likewise, the application platform provides the flexibility to add one or all of MightyCall's solutions to a given bundle. This 'one stop shop' approach fosters a long term, multi-product relationship whereby hosters can offer MightyCall services that yield recurring revenue and lower customer churn.

MightyCall is currently integrated with Parallels Automation through an APS package for seamless subscription management and user billing processes. Additionally, MightyCall's Public API is designed to integrate into any third party billing and provisioning tools that a partner might have.

"The introduction of MightyCall to our small business packages will allow Cirrus Tech to provide the additional cloud services that our customers need to run their businesses," said Ali Mirdamadi, President of Cirrus Tech. "This integration will ultimately make our solutions stickier to our targeted audience and will increase the average revenue per user."

"Our goal is to build lifelong relationships with partners, empowering them to offer a range of telephony services to customers as their needs and business requirements evolve," said Bryan Goode, CEO of Infratel. "With MightyCall, we allow our partners to have complete control over how they offer one or more of our applications to their end users, allowing them to build on top of their core bundles through a single integration process."

The acquisition of the assets of RTC Lab follows Infratel's recent Series A funding and is a strategic enhancement to Infratel's click to call solution. This technology has helped bolster the MightyCall platform and moving forward, it will benefit the company in executing on its plan to further expand its technology offerings, in addition to increasing its developer team, and growing its partner and customer network.
