Amendments to Article 11 of Citycon's Articles of Association entered in the
Trade Register
Amendments to Article 11 of Citycon Oyj's Articles of Association, as decided by
the Annual General Meeting on 11 March 2010, have been registered in the Finnish
Trade Register today, 13 April 2010.
The amended first and second sentences of Article 11 of the company's Articles
of Association now read as follows:
"The notice to a general meeting shall be published on the corporate website.
The notice to a general meeting of shareholders must be published no earlier
than two (2) months and no later than three (3) weeks before the general
meeting, however, at least nine (9) days before the record date of the general
meeting."
