Haldane McCall PLC announced date for the payment of Interim dividend

(firmenpresse) - Douglas, Isle of Man, October 5th 2012 - Haldane McCall PLC, a European
company investing in emerging markets in Africa, today announced its
intention to pay an interim dividend.

Following the recent approval of a total dividend distribution of Euro
1,677,072 by the general meeting of the company, the company is pleased to
announce that a payment of Euro 0.0125 per share will be made to qualifying
shareholders as showing on its Shareholder Register per June 30th, 2012.
This dividend warrant will be dispatched during the week of October 8th,
2012. Shareholders´ dividend entitlements reflect their holdings as per the
record date of June 30th, 2012.

Shareholders as of that date are invited to provide their current details
to the company before October 8th, 2012 (to the email address below) in
order for the company to verify the data on record on its Shareholder
Register. Shareholders of electronic shares entitled to the dividend
payment, who have bought shares through the market and do not directly
appear on the Share Register under their own names, should provide their
details directly to the company to enable expedient distribution.
