Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. to Release Q1 Results on October 9, 2012

(TSX: BAU) ("Bauer") today announced that it will release its first quarter financial results for the quarter ended August 31, 2012 on October 9, 2012. Due to certain restrictions associated with the recently announced secondary offering by the Kohlberg Funds (see press release dated September 26, 2012), the Company will hold its conference call to discuss the results on October 17, 2012 at 8:30 am ET, prior to its annual general meeting of shareholders, which will be held on the same day at 10:00 am ET at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, Ontario. Kevin Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Amir Rosenthal, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
