IMMOFINANZ AG: Dividend announcement

In the 19th ordinary shareholders' meeting of IMMOFINANZ AG, with its seat
in Vienna, FN 114425 y, held on 5 October 2012 a dividend distribution for
the 2011/12 financial year of EUR 0.15 per share bearing dividend
entitlement was resolved upon.
Pursuant to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 5 October 2012
this distribution is effected under Austrian tax law as a repayment of
capital according to section 4 para 12 Austrian Income Tax Act.
The dividend is due and payable on 15 October 2012 (Dividend-Payment-Date).
Paying agent is Erste Group Bank AG.
The shares of IMMOFINANZ AG will be traded ex dividend for the 2011/12
financial year from 8 October (Dividend-Ex-Date) onwards.
