(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on October 25, 2012 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.26 on October 4, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.10%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 25, 2012 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.80 on October 4, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.18%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on October 25, 2012 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.38 on October 4, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.99%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on October 25, 2012 to stockholders of record on October 17, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 15, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.37 on October 4, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 6.59%.
