13 Companies Chosen to Present at 2012 Invest Southwest Capital Conference
(firmenpresse) - PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 10/10/12 -- Invest Southwest, the premier capital conference in Arizona and the Southwest, announces today the 13 companies chosen to present at this year's conference in November. The 2012 Capital Conference, title sponsored by Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., will be held on November 28-30, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
"It's said every year that the selection was difficult and the crop of applicants exceptional, and this year was no different. The selection committee had a challenge before them and were able to narrow it down to these 13 companies," said Jonathan Coury, Chairman of the conference and partner at the Hool Law Group. "We feel these companies are a great mix of new ideas and solid business plans. Investors attending Invest Southwest this year will have some phenomenal opportunities to consider."
Starting this month, these companies will begin a formal preparation process to present at the conference. All companies will be matched up with a mentor team, comprised of local and national professionals that will work with them on creating the best presentations possible for investors. The companies will present their business plan to hundreds of investors and seasoned experts from around the Southwest in November, as well as have an exhibit booth at the conference.
Invest Southwest has been successfully connecting entrepreneurs and investors in the southwest since 1992. Presenting companies have raised over a quarter billion dollars at the conference, and presenters from past conferences have included regional success stories Ventana Medical, Netpro, Vivid Semiconductor, and AutoXray.
