Amsterdam - 16(th) April 2010 - Head N.V. (VSX: HEAD, U.S. OTC: HEDYY.PK), a
leading global manufacturer and marketer of sports equipment, announced today
that, due to organisational reasons, it would be delaying the release of its
final audited results for the year ended 31(st) December 2009, from the 20(th)
April 2010 to the 27(th) April 2010.
