Tajiri Resources Corp. Appoints Mr. Paul D. Gray as Director, and Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/11/12 -- Tajiri Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAJ) announces it has appointed Mr. Paul D. Gray B.Sc, P.Geo of Vancouver, BC to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Gray is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, holding a BSc. (Hons.) Degree from Dalhousie University, and has more than 18 years mineral exploration experience, having worked throughout the Americas and Central Asia, as well as actively on projects in Guyana since 2008. The Company welcomes his involvement and input relating to the ongoing exploration activities of both the 100% owned Kaburi PL Gold Property, Guyana, South America and the recently acquired OGK Copper Gold Property, Omineca Mining Division, British Columbia.
The Company also reports that pursuant to its stock option plan, and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it has granted 1,500,000 options to purchase 1,500,000 common shares to Directors, Officers and Consultants of the Company at a price of $0.10 for a period of 5 years.
