and Extraordinary General Meeting in Deep Sea Supply Plc will be held on Tuesday
11th May 2010 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Limassol, Cyprus at 09:00 hrs. and
10:00 hrs. local time respectively.
Please find enclosed the Notice of Shareholders` meetings, the form of request
for proxy for use at the Shareholders` Meetings, the proposed special
resolution, the proposal from the nomination committee, and the Annual Report
for 2009.
