Huakan International Mining Engages TMX Equicom for Investor Relations Services
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/12 -- Huakan International Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HK) (the "Company") today announced that it has engaged TMX Equicom to provide strategic investor relations and financial communications services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Huakan will pay TMX Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $6,000 for select strategic communications services. The contract term is for 12 months and commences immediately.
Neither TMX Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Huakan or its securities, and Huakan has not granted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire any such interests.
TMX Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc., and provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries from its offices in Toronto, Calgary and San Diego.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulations Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
