Sieco-Tech Canada Inc. and Triacta Power Technologies Inc. Settle and Discontinue Patent, Copyright and Trademark Infringement Proceedings
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/12 -- Triacta Power Technologies Inc. and Sieco-Tech Canada Inc. have been involved in patent, copyright and trade-mark infringement proceedings in Federal Court of Canada Court File No. T-1991-10 relating to, among other things, Triacta's Canadian Patent No. 2,450,984 and Sieco-Tech's PowerStar smart metering devices. On September 14th, 2012, the parties settled these proceedings and the claims and counterclaim were subsequently Discontinued.
