(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/12 -- East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: EAS) announces the grant by unanimous Board approval on October 12, 2012 of 2,265,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.23 per common share exercisable during a term of five years from October 12, 2012.
