(PINKSHEETS: ALCD) announced today that Jason Bell, a veteran technology executive who was most recently President of Southern ITS Inc. Integration division in Mississippi will now add to its responsibility the position of CEO for the parent company. This division of the parent Southern ITS International, Inc. has responsibility for all of the Companies Integration implementation and development. Mr. Bell has accepted the position as CEO for the parent company. Mr. Bell has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry. He also has been in the technology integration for over a decade. He brings a strong management experience and work ethic. He possesses the experience and knowledge that will make Southern ITS International, Inc. a world leader in the technology integration for the gaming industry. Mr. Bell will announce soon new addition to its management team.
