Aconex Appoints Frank Kopas as General Manager of North America
Industry Sales Veteran Tapped to Build Business and Accelerate Growth Throughout U.S. and Canada

Kopas, a veteran of the enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry segments, brings more than 20 years of strategic and operational sales management experience to Aconex. He will direct a growing sales organization that currently spans 10 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Most recently, Kopas was senior vice president of sales at Trilogy, the world's leading privately held provider of enterprise business applications to Global 2000 companies. Leading a worldwide team, Kopas was responsible for sales across all vertical markets, including insurance and financial services, technology, telecommunications, and automotive. In his seven years with the company, annual sales more than quadrupled.

Prior to Trilogy, Kopas held sales management positions at several enterprise software companies specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and interactive customer support, business intelligence, and consulting services. These include iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), Banter, Xoriant Corporation, Brio Technology, and Hewlett-Packard Company.
Kopas holds an M.B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and a B.S.E.E. degree with Distinction from the University of Kentucky.
