RHJ International: Transparency Declaration - Notification : Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Franklin Templeton
Institutional, LLC sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of
shares they hold has reached on April 15, 2010 the threshold of 5% of the shares
issued by RHJ International ("RHJI").
On April 15, 2010, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC held 4,280,082 voting
rights, representing a stake of 5% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a
stake of 3% held previously according to its preceding transparency declaration.
A copy of the notification form sent by Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC is

Rules".
