(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ELS)(OTCQX: EGRTF)(FRANKFURT: 5RT) has received the resignation of Mr. Daniel Tellechea as a director of the Company. Mr. Tellechea is leaving the board to focus on other projects.
The Company's board and management team would like to thank Mr. Tellechea for his service and his contribution to the Company's development and exploration projects on the El Tigre property.
