The Company holds a 100% undivided interest in the Sona Property, located in the
Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia. The Sona Property, located 125
kilometres southwest of Vanderhoof, consists of two contiguous mineral claims,
known as the Sona 1 and Sona 2 properties, which cover approximately 914,616
hectares. The Sona property is located in an active mineral exploration region
where many operators, such as New Gold (TSX:NGD) and RJK Explorations (TSXV:RJX)
are currently carrying out exploration and/or development work on adjacent
properties.
The two claims were acquired in 2011 through staking, and were held in trust for
the company until May 3, 2012, when they were transferred to Southbridge
Exploration, a subsidiary of Southbridge Resources. Southbridge plans to conduct
phase one of a two phase exploration program, which will consist of mapping and
soil sampling to find targets for diamond drilling which is recommended as the
phase 2 work program.
The company recently cleared its final prospectus, which qualified the
distribution of a total of 4,510,000 common shares to the holders of previously
issued special warrants. The company has a total of 6,010,000 shares issued and
outstanding.
