CaiTerra International Energy to Raise $700,000 in Non-Brokered Private Placement

(TSX VENTURE: CTI) ("CTI" or the "Company"), today announces that the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement, to be completed after receiving final acceptance of TSX Venture Exchange, for CDN $700,000 through the issuance of 3,684,211 common shares at the price of $0.19 per share. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for its working capital.
