Acquisition Will Provide Touchscreen Interaction With Upcoming Smart TV Hub for Integrated Home Entertainment

This acquisition will extend Whiteman Technology's flagship product, code name "Delta," into the next-generation as a Smart TV Hub by providing a powerful home entertainment system with touch-screen functionality.
The upcoming, "Delta," Smart TV Hub from Whiteman Technology provides consumers with a single media console for television, recorded shows, movies, music, gaming, Internet and more. The addition of Touch TV will provide multi-screen touch navigation, interactive content and features, and personalized television. With multi-screen touch navigation, Whiteman Technology will enable touch-based devices to seamlessly integrate with the television viewing experience. Then interactive channels take the viewing experience to the next level by enabling users to interact with the programming being displayed in many unique ways. Whiteman Technology adds a personalized experience that allows users to forego having to sift through hundreds of channels in order to find what they want to watch.

Whiteman Technology announced the upcoming "Delta" at the Silicon Valley DEMO Conference last April and has been strategically adding next-generation features. While capable of recording more channels simultaneously than any other device to a 3 TB hard drive, there is much more to "Delta" than just watching and recording television. Voice control and touch control will provide users with a fun and innovative way to interact with their television. The newest AMD Embedded APU has been leveraged to support advanced 3D graphics for gaming. Android applications can be downloaded, while on-demand services deliver a plethora of programming from the start.
