Grant of Share Options
Atlantic Global Plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications, today announces that on 19 April 2010 it
granted options over 850,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares")
to Directors.
In addition, Eugene Blaine (Managing Director) has granted options over his
personal shares to Adrian Bradshaw (Non Executive Director) amounting to
150,000 ordinary shares as detailed below.
The exercise price of the options are listed below. Of the options granted to
Directors, 320,000 were granted under the Company's current EMI scheme, 530,000
were granted under the Company's unapproved share option scheme and 150,000 were
granted under the Company's unapproved Eugene Blaine share option scheme.
