Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. Announces Settlement of Litigation With Manto Resouces Ltd. Over Fran Claims
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/18/12 -- Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. ("Yankee Hat") (TSX VENTURE: KHT) is pleased to announce that it has reached a settlement with Manto Resources Ltd. in respect of its proceedings in the Supreme Court of British Columbia over the Fran mineral claims. The parties expect to execute a formal settlement agreement in due course.
Yankee Hat was represented by Christine J. Duhaime and Alim Khamis of Duhaime Law in respect of the litigation.
