(Bermuda, 21 April 2010): Notice is hereby given that the 2010 Annual General
Meeting of BW Offshore Limited will be held in Bermuda on 13 May 2010 at 11 am
local time.

Please see the attached documents for the full notice, including agenda, proxy
and remuneration statement. The remuneration statement is included as
recommended by NUES (Norwegian Corporate Governance Board).
