Green Compliance plc to exhibit at Master Investor 2010

Green Compliance plc, the compliance-related business support services provider,
will be exhibiting at this year's Master Investor Show, held at the Business
Design Centre in Islington on 24(th) April. Green Compliance will join more than
100 quoted companies at the event, which attracts over 2,000 high net worth
private investors and industry professionals.
Green Compliance will be showing investors the impressive start to the
implementation of their refocused business strategy, validating the ambitious
growth plans announced on their re-admission to AIM at the end of last year.
All key board members will be available on the day to back up the depth of
experience and strength of expertise that is currently driving the company
towards their goal of becoming an integrated business support services provider
in the areas of water treatment and hygiene, energy services and consultancy,
fire protection and pest control and prevention.
Earlier this month, following the completion of the first acquisition outside
the original core energy business, John Prowse, CEO of Green Compliance plc,
said: "Waterchem is the first significant acquisition following the shift in our
strategy towards building a business focused on "blue collar" compliance
markets. Waterchem's long history and strong reputation in the area of water
hygiene is a hugely valuable addition to our group and provides a natural fit
