Guernsey. 21 April 2010 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam:
ECT) announces that it has made arrangements with its registrar, Anson
Registrars Limited ("Anson"), to act as receiving agent for votes from Euroclear
participants for the forthcoming annual general meeting on 13 May 2010.
Anson will be writing to each Euroclear participant setting out how to take
