(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwire) -- 10/23/12 -- Gold plc ("Condor" or "the Company") (AIM: CNR), the AIM quoted gold and silver exploration company focused on proving a large commercial gold reserve on its La India Project in Nicaragua, has been notified pursuant to the private placement announced on 15th October 2012 that raised gross proceeds of GBP 4,249,268 that the following shareholders own 3% or more of the Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company:

Condor Gold plc is an AIM listed exploration company focused on developing gold and silver resource projects in Central America. The Company was admitted to AIM on 31st May 2006 with the stated strategy to prove up JORC Resources in Nicaragua and El Salvador.
