Applied Plastics' such as Teflon® PTFE, FEP, PFA, Tefzel® ETFE, Teflon® S, Halar®, ECTFE, Kynar®, and Xylan®, plus custom formulations to meet specific application requirements. These coatings are ideally suited for pumps, mixers, tanks, valves, and related components subjected to chemicals, corrosion, and rough weather.
Tailored to customer requirements, can be from 0.0002" to 0.020" thick on parts weighing up to 2,000 lbs., depending upon the coating and substrate. The surfaces on new parts or those being refurbished are all properly prepared.
