Athena Salon and Spa Expands Facility, Invests in Staff and Customer Education
(firmenpresse) - WINDSOR, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/23/12 -- Athena Salon, Spa & Wellness is proud to announce a facility expansion of its spaces. 700 square feet of additional space will make way for a dedicated spa area and an additional salon room.
The new layout includes two additional spa rooms, and one salon room which includes two more styling stations and a wash area. The expansion is west to an adjacent suite in the existing building. The current space will be remodeled by removing a wall in between a staff office and one of the spa treatment rooms creating the additional salon space. Construction is scheduled to be completed by early November and customers should notice very little if any interference in their appointments.
Angie Lund, owner of Athena Salon, Spa and Wellness, says, "I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us make this goal possible. We have been open since August 2009 and three years later we are already expanding to better service our customers. This is a big deal to us and we are very excited about the changes. In addition to expanding their salon and spa spaces to better serve its customers, Athena Salon, Spa and Wellness posts to its website each month. The salon and spa also posts blogs on the current trends, specials and more to educate its clients.

Assistant Manager, Raquel Thompson and Master Cosmetologist, Erin Moreno just completed their continuing education course with Eminence Organics Skin Care. Raquel Thompson and owner Angie Lund will be attending the National Spa Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in early November and they also completed the advanced make-up course, "The Art of Concealing by Jane Iredale" in early October.
